I am Miranda Davies and have been running various keep fit and yoga sessions for differing levels of expertise in Wellington for more than 12 years. I am fully qualified and insured FHT.
I currently run three different types in the Community Hall: Fitness Fusion, Mindful Movement and Pilates. Equipment (mats, blocks and bands) are provided. The sessions are run during the school term in the Community Centre (opposite the Church and alongside the school). Booking is essential as spaces are limited so please ring me for more information.
FITNESS FUSION 50 PLUS – TUESDAYS 9.30am
A fun exercise to music using small dance routines to fab 60’s style music blended with some mat work, Pilates, Yoga and stretching. Non-impact suitable for all ladies over 50.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT – THURSDAYS 9.30am
A gentle class which includes balance with chair and mat using Pilates and Yoga mindfully. I include meditation and relaxation and it is suitable for ladies and gentlemen over 18 years old. All abilities are welcome.
